Liberta Server is Software as a Service (SaaS) that manages the deployment, operations and hosting of a complex web and mobile presence. It is a digital experience management platform (DXP). It integrates a variety of fully supported distinct service modules including hosting, web content management (CMS), headless CMS, domain & SSL management, mobile app management, digital asset management, online communications, analytics reporting, ad management, secure authentication, marketing automation and code deployment solutions. 

Liberta Server is a developer operations (DevOps) solution that can be configured to automate deployment and create an accounting trail for any middleware based application or content management platform. Concrete5 is provided as the default CMS but other CMSs can be incorporated if an Agency desires. PortlandLabs is the founder and maintainer of concrete5 which enables website pages to be edited directly with an intuitive, word processor like experience.

Liberta Server is a high-availability application that is kept continually up-to-date and is fully supported by PortlandLabs. It meets FedRAMP Moderate compliance controls which map to DISA Impact Level 2. It includes continuous monitoring, auditing, encrypted data storage and transmission, tested backup and restore features, SIEM capability, and complete PIV/CAC authentication and authorization.

• Secure FedRAMP compliant infrastructure hosting and management for Website(s) and Mobile Application(s) 
• Middleware based Content Management System (CMS): Provides managed versions of content management systems to power Agency websites and to allow authorized Agency employees to update site content across the Agency’s web and mobile presence. 
• Secured authentication (including CAC military authentication/ PIV US Government authentication)
• Access by role authorization
• High-availability scalable web and mobile applications
• Backups with tested restores for web and mobile application sites, permissions, users, and content.
• Security testing and continuous monitoring of infrastructure, websites, and mobile applications. 
• Audit trail of updates to infrastructure, websites, and mobile applications.
• Safely managing the codebase behind website(s) and/or mobile application(s). 
• Providing DevOps tools to ensure safe deployments of new code to existing infrastructure, new code to create websites and/or mobile applications, updated code to update websites. These tools are managed by PortlandLabs personnel. 
• Managing SSL certificates and domains.
• Providing operations and emergency 24/7 Tier 3 technical support.
